Terms of Use for OmniHub

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the OmniHub mobile application (the “App”). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
2. User Accounts
- Registration: Some features may require you to create an account (e.g., via Google, Apple, or Phone). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Account Deletion: You may delete your account and associated data through the App settings at any time.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
OmniHub provides premium features through one-time purchases (e.g., Lifetime Access) and recurring subscriptions (e.g., Monthly/Yearly).
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
- Refunds: All transactions are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies.
4. Use of the App
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to generate/share harmful or infringing content.
- Data Storage: Data in the “Password Book” is encrypted and stored locally. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
5. Advertising
The App may display advertisements. Premium/Ad-Free users will not see third-party ads. You agree that we are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the actions of third-party advertisers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or function without disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
OmniHub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

- 退款: 所有交易均由 Apple 或 Google 处理，遵循其各自的退款政策。
4. 应用的使用
- 许可: 我们授予您有限的、非独占的、可撤销的许可，允许您将本应用用于个人非商业目的。
- 禁止行为: 您不得将本应用用于非法用途，或生成/分享任何侵权或有害内容。
- 数据存储: “密码本”数据在本地加密存储。您需自行负责数据的备份。
5. 广告
本应用可能显示广告。高级版/免广告版用户将不会看到第三方广告。我们不对第三方广告的内容或行为负责。
6. 免责声明
本应用按“原样”提供。我们不保证本应用始终安全、无错或运行不中断。
7. 责任限制
OmniHub 及其开发者不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任。
