This Privacy Policy describes how OmniHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
We may collect the following types of information:
1. Information You Provide
- Account Information: If you sign in using Google, Apple, or Phone authentication, we collect your name, email address, and a unique user identifier. This information is used for account management and to provide access to your premium features across devices.
- Feedback and Support: If you contact us for support or provide feedback, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Password Book Data: All data entered into the Password Book is encrypted and stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this information, and it is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a backup/restore feature (if available).
2. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data & Analytics: We use third-party services like Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous data about your interactions with the App, such as features used and frequency of use.
- Purchase History: If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, we use RevenueCat to process and manage your subscription status. We collect your purchase history to ensure your entitlements are correctly applied.
- Device and Ad Information: We may collect device-specific information (model, OS version). We use your device’s Advertising ID to serve personalized ads through Google AdMob.
- Motion Sensor Data: To enable interactive features (e.g., Coin Toss, Dice Roll), the App reads data from the accelerometer. This data is processed locally on the device only and is never collected or transmitted.
3. Permissions
- Camera: For QR code scanning and color picking.
- Photo Gallery: To pick images for scanning or color extraction, and to save generated cards.
- Biometrics (FaceID/TouchID): To secure your local data (passwords). Biometric data is handled by the OS and is never accessible by the App.
- Account Management: To create and manage your user profile and authenticate your access to premium services.
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns via Firebase to improve App performance and features.
- Subscription Fulfillment: To process and verify your purchases through RevenueCat.
- Advertising: To display relevant ads via Google AdMob. Premium users can enjoy an ad-free experience.
Account Deletion and Data Retention
You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time.
- In-App Deletion: You can request account deletion directly within the “Account Info” section of the App.
- Data Removal: Upon deletion, your account profile and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our authentication systems.
